Who we are

For many years, our specialised technicians have been carrying out HVAC installations; in office, residential and industrial buildings, as well as in shops, hotels, hospitals and banks.

Our ability to manage projects in their entirety and our use of quality materials guarantee you the best performance.

GMTF is part of a group of companies active in the building sector. Thanks to this, we are able to undertake all types of work (design, renovation, transformation, finishing, electricity, etc.), including major projects.

We supervise your project from design to final acceptance and beyond. A single point of contact is available for you throughout the life cycle of your installations.

Our history

1983

Our first activities in the construction sector date back to 1983 and the creation of Batimelec. Initially active in the general electrical field, the business gradually evolved into a general contracting company.

1991

In 1991 we created the company ACI, entirely dedicated to renovating and developing office areas.

2013

In 2013, 1 SPACE DESIGN was founded, overseeing all our work designing and renovating professional spaces. The 1 SPACE DESIGN brand reinforces the company’s dual positioning: we not only take charge of the project’s execution, but we also work with our own architects who create the designs, draw up the plans and guarantee you a workspace that meets your expectations.

2014

In 2014 we acquired GMTF to meet our customers’ heating, ventilation and air conditioning needs. We can offer a full range of services, from the initial plans to the finishing.
